The
size and power of this half lane profiler/ reclaimer make
production a priority. The three-track design makes maneuverability
exceptional for a machine of this magnitude. Whether it's
open highway or a tight radius in town this machine will
remove asphalt to a depth of 12 inches in one pass. The

for pipe installations. The conveyor allows front loading
capabilities in removal situations making this machine
an asset for small quantity surface milling or full
depth milling up to 6 inches. The grader mount configuration
allows this machine to travel conveniently from site
to site on public roads.
Micro-Milling
- smooth milled surface for safety and maintenance
procedures. Micro milling is a method of asphalt surface
milling our company has adopted for maintenance purposes.
A modified cutting mandrel with the tool tip spacing
of ¼ inch (6. 35 mm.) mills a surface smoother than
conventional milling. The micro-milled surface can be
left as a finished surface with greater skid resistance
and reduced hydroplaning. In situations where asphalt
has pushed or heaved into ruts micro milling can be
used to reinstate the profile of the road while leaving
the road structure intact.
