Maple Ridge Ultra Modern Portable Asphalt Plant

Our Gencor 300 Portable Ultra Modern Asphalt Pre-Mix Plant is located at 13790 - 256th Street in Maple Ridge B.C.
This plant is capable of producing over 300 tonnes of asphalt pre-mix per hour of various job specific requirements including conventional paving products meeting all Master Municipal Specifications. This is the same make and model as our Asphalt Drum Plant located in Delta on the banks of the Fraser River.

Gencor's Ultraplant is a fuel efficient, environmentally clean Asphalt Manufacturing Plant. Vapors generated in the mixing section are pulled through the burner by a patented volatile reclaim system and consumed as fuel. There are no odors or blue smoke emissions to pollute the environment. Air monitoring and emission monitoring is performed by McCall Environmental to ensure our high quality standards are achieved.
